  I've been using Hinge (premium user) for about 6/7 months, and suddenly got banned last week. I reached out to customer service to find out why and they said I violated the terms of service, but refused to disclose any further information about what I supposedly violated. You could use bill.com but it still has a monthly fee, however if youre sending multiple invoices like so, the monthly fee is paid for in just 2 clients of yours...
