Bill.com connects to (not replaces) your accounting system. We use this at my HOA with Xero. The UI is awful - 2/10. We use it because their payments are dirt-cheap - 49 cents flat for any amount. You can run a $1000 payment through this and pay 49 cents. Incredible. We use it too, and I've seen reports of that increase elsewhere, but we haven't received any notice ourselves. Still 7-10 days to process, and $3 per transaction. If they increase it on us and speed up the deposits to 2-3 days or less, I think I'll be OK with it.
