Ok so there is a lot of math you need to do here if you really want to compare things, on top of if you are comfortable having a mortgage when in retirement. You might try looking up plans on healthsherpa.com. The plans listed there are ACA plans and I think their interface is a little easier to browse than healthcare.gov was last time I looked. Source: about 1 year ago
