A while back I was working with a small team and we tried out HacknPlan, and we were pretty impressed by it. I liked the integration with a design document, made it feel like it really was geared towards game devs. Our artist took to it quickly and everyone was able to fill out their own timelines with labels so we could get a nice overview of the scope of the project. For example, I might want to know if it's possible to obtain outcome X and A at the same time at the end of the game (e.g. Married to Prince Charming while at the same time orchestrating the assassination of his mother), and if possible how likely it is for the player to find it, given the ways the stat points are given out at decision points.
