And for art, I use Ibispaint on my phone with the built-in stylus. If you're good at art, Ibispaint is great. Oh, also, I use Minecraft to create concept art (it's incredibly helpful to build a messy structure in Minecraft to visualize your ideas if you suck at art), as well as Nightcafe Studio to create AI-generated concept art.

HacknPlan is a design documentation and project management tool for game development.
For kanban boards, I really enjoy using HackNPlan. I just pay for the basic features for it, but it's worked really well for me, and the creator is active on Reddit and is pretty quick on responses.
