I applied a ton on LinkedIn and reached out to recruiters through there. greenhouse.io is also a good one. Otherwise, Google is your best friend, and I'd hand pick positions that make you apply directly on the company website rather than 3rd party. Source: over 1 year ago
It's insane how shit some of these application forms are. Why can't every company have something like greenhouse.io so I don't have to make a fucking account to send you my resume and then fill out a bunch of the same info anyway. Source: almost 2 years ago
Many jobs use services like greenhouse.io to post their jobs, and each job posting has an application form right on the listing. I'm applying to several companies where I'd be happy in several different positions (e.g. SWE on team X, SWE on team Y, SWE on team Z). Should I be filling out each form separately? Well, after some more googling I found a good candidate: gather.town if anyone is interested. Source: 12 months ago

I'm really digging gather.town for this. Our team has it set up & the ad-hoc "meetings" have gone up tremendously. You can choose to engage or not but it seems to be way more informal than slack for a quick sync, which is a gigantic strength imo. Source: about 1 year ago
As mentioned above by @yowzas648 you should check out https://gather.town We started using it this week with my team and it is game changing, it does exactly what you just described. Source: over 1 year ago
