The parent company, United World Telecom (UWT), was founded in Florida, USA over twenty years ago in 1996 and originally operated as a callback service provider. Customer service is very friendly and audio for calls has always sounded perfect. I route calls from France to UAE, and there are never any problems with delays or latency.
