  I've used https://getterms.io for my project https://disknotifier.com. Paid around $50, have a look! I truly believe minor tweaks is all that is required to such a boilerplate document.   - If you want a native encrypted cloud storage, one of the better priced ones is Mega. The free tier gives you up to 20GB to use. Here's a referral link if you want extra free storage a well. It's still E2EE, but not open-sourced. They do, however, have an audit on their encryption and source codes.
