I built a form-to-email service like Formspree or Getform. My API accepts form submissions from the client, parses the request with formidable, and then sends the fields via email to the user. Any files submitted with the form are sent as attachments to the email. This way I never store the fields in my database or the files in something like AWS S3. Source: 11 months ago

For static websites, such as those on Gatsby, when handling form submissions, you either need a server to use a third-party form service. The Gatsby docs do a pretty good job in explaining how to build a contact form and it provides options for form submissions. I'm going to assume that you already have your html form set up, you're using Getform for it, and now you're here because you need to add Google reCAPTCHA. - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago
I previously used formtools.org for a similar project but that was a one off and it didn't have auto reminders as part of the work flow. When I search for workflow tools I get what appears to be something completely different. When I search for for builder its often elements to allow your full app to easily present forms (I don't have my own app). Source: 8 months ago

Give FormTools a try. I've been using it with forms embedded in a website, but I believe it also lets you generate forms directly within the software. Source: almost 3 years ago
