• Update: Important improvement on the way!

  In no small part thanks to you and other users experiencing this issue, I was able to reproduce this consistently. And in doing so, I discovered that the web UI on gaiagps.com and the database where that info is saved, had different definitions of what should be possible.  Let's say I own a folder (i'm the Owner), and I share it with you (you're the Sharee). • Routes partially or completely disappear

  I spent a TON of time accurately making some long routes (on gaiagps.com) and now I see most are gone completely and others have large segments missing ! Anyone else have this happen ? (OSX and IOS). I opened a ticket but no response yet. Source: about 2 years ago

  Hey u/SolidGoldUnderwear, sorry for the trouble. Please try clearing the cache on your browser. The easiest way to do this is to hold down the shift key and refresh the gaiagps.com browser window. Source: about 2 years ago

The easiest way to do this is to hold down the Shift key and click the refresh button on the gaiagps.com browser window.
