If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples. We're using bash as our terminal shell for now (it is standard in many distros) but it is not the only one out there.
