I think FreeScout is going to be something to consider. Source: about 1 year ago
FreeScout is an open-source, self-hosted version of HelpScout that offers complete privacy and control through a PHP/MySQL application that's easy to deploy. This powerful-yet-lightweight help desk and shared inbox can serve as a nice free alternative to Zendesk/HelpScout for providing efficient customer support. Troubleshootmertr recommends it "for ticketing.". Source: about 1 year ago
I know this gets some hate for not being "pure" open source, but I'm a massive fan of FreeScout (https://freescout.net/). The core is open source, with add-ons you can purchase (one-time purchase per domain). Source: over 1 year ago

For instance, when I enter Trac-2345, logseq knows that it must be replaced by a link to the ticket number 2345 in my Trac ticket system. Source: about 1 year ago
Before there was Github, I used this software called Trac since it worked with subversion. It was so cool to be able to view source code and commits on the web. Then around 2007 or so I started using git and then in 2009 I created a Github account...so proud of Github and Rails. Thanks for the writeup! Source: about 1 year ago
