However, you should start by having a conversation about it with your sister before you download something onto her computer. If you absolutely need to try again, try Pluckeye. It's one of the most inconvenient blockers out there, which is the point. You can try Cold Turkey with a locked block. Another option is to use whatever blocker you used in the past, but with the password (if available) feature activated, and using a nonsense password to keep you locked out. First, for PC. There is a solution and it is called Cold Turkey . It is available for free and pretty helpful as is. Yet for utmost productivity on PC I strongly recommend buying the full version. Yeah it costs CAD $29 for a lifetime license, yet it worth every penny, I attest.
