  • Download embedded Vimeo videos
I use https://flashgot.net/ (and pass it to uGet for maximum speed) which does the same I was doing with ffmpeg and digging on the page souce code (which I'm bad at). It grabs the audio track separated from the video tracks in the different resolutions available but it's pretty easy to merge them with ffmpeg. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Access Libby if you are not in the US
I prefer to use the website, never have been much of a fan of the Overdrive app and when Libby came out I didn't use it much because my phone at the time didn't support it. And I don't feel like going back to it now. But I just tested an audiobook and was able to get the .odm file. It downloaded the audiobook files fine. • Just a heads up that you can't downgrade your DistroKid account nor re-use your email for a new account. You're locked into your subscription price which includes what you need to pay to collect royalties.
I'm currently eyeing Anti-Joy which operates on a similar model as DistroKid, just better value. The downside is they're very new but the founder is active and responsive on Reddit. • What music distribution service are you using?
You should check out Anti-Joy. We offer unlimited music distribution for just $7.99 per year. We also have extra features like AI mastering, pre-save links, fast distribution, amazing support, etc. It's the best Distrokid alternative. You'll love it. Source: over 2 years ago
