  I sure hope you're right, but if you go to finviz.com and scroll to the bottom, you'll see the insider transactions. It looks like about three dozen more or less, and with one exception, a purchase of 11,940 shares for $5,009, all of the insiders have been selling, including Diane.   Http://seedinvest.com is a crowd-sourced private equity platform. I put $2k into 10 different companies several years ago through their autoinvest feature (you may be noticing a trend), and so far 2 of them have IPO'd at something like 8x the valuation I paid for.
