  I sure hope you're right, but if you go to finviz.com and scroll to the bottom, you'll see the insider transactions. It looks like about three dozen more or less, and with one exception, a purchase of 11,940 shares for $5,009, all of the insiders have been selling, including Diane. In general though for me personal at least I'm more interested in the quality of a company vs the valuation. It always fluctuates and if a great company is over valued I put it on a watch list.
