Hi ! I've just discovered a cloud provider called Filen : filen.io, they offer a desktop app to sync local folder to remote. The app is an AppImage, I've tried to run it all day long. It starts normally, but once I'm logged in, the app GUI just closes and does not show itself in the taskbar anymore, but the AppImage is still working in background (Console is still open, and system monitor shows some process). Dropbox: You absolutely NEED backups. Ideally, both physical and cloud backups, because if you only have one backup, you're not backed up. I can't even begin to tell you how many writers have lost days, weeks, or even entire novels worth of work because they failed to back up their work, then had their computer break or had some weird software snafu.
