This is good advice, but I prefer something that automatically dims and reduces blue light for me. If the targets are web pages, it is possible to overwrite embedded CSS and / or Javascript in those web pages, so that the "sensitive data" will follow your customized display style. For example, you can change font size & color so that the text will blend into background.
