When I go to directv.com/guide and click the Sign In link in the upper right corner, it takes me to the familiar DirecTV log in screen. After I put in my credentials, there are about 45 different redirects through both directv and att domains, and I eventually land on my AT&T account overview screen and not back at the guide. You have to log into your account at directv.com. Go to the Guide section at the top of the page. There are little heart icons next to each channel #, click the hearts for the channels you want to see in the on-screen guide and the unmarked ones will go away. Source: almost 2 years ago
