Based on our record, Pinegrow seems to be a lot more popular than DesignSync. While we know about 24 links to Pinegrow, we've tracked only 2 mentions of DesignSync. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
For example, the DesignSync.js website is on Webflow, since we may have to pass control off to an marketing agency or freelance designer. But the developer docs are built with a developer tool called Docusaurus. Since I know they would only ever be edited by a developer, it would likely take a developer longer to edit if it was in Webflow. - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago
Often, we will use a combination of these ideas. For example, CryoLayer was born out of our need for better performance for our agency clients, and because we noticed many public support threads of Webflow's other customers having the same problem we did. We then launched DesignSync.js, which contains some of the source code (aka byproduct) that went into creating CryoLayer. - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago
Check Pinegrow. It's perfect builder for someone who know how to code. You will need to get used to it, but once you are familiar with it, its super great :) Https://pinegrow.com/. Source: 12 months ago
Figma is a design/prototyping tool. So probably yes, but it's not directly resolving your end result. Webflow is SaaS, specifically a visual builder for websites. The two are not really comparable in which to choose. A better comparison would be Figma or XD. And for Webflow, something like Pinegrow, or CofeeCup's Responsive Site Designer. Would be better comparisons. Source: 12 months ago

I also don't have much experience with DW but something that I have seen do similar stuff is pinegrow which is quite cheaper. It has free trial so maybe you could see if it will fit your needs. Source: over 1 year ago
Pinegrow is pretty awesome and free and something I'm increasingly working with. Source: over 1 year ago
