I have been using cointracker in 2021. Suddenly, six days ago, the system stopped posting my transactions. I was on the "free" program, and I intended to buy a program for tax purposes. After this problem. I will go elsewhere. Stopped pisting transaction with no indicated reason
CryptoTrader.Tax might be a bit more popular than CoinTracker. We know about 170 links to it since March 2021 and only 116 links to CoinTracker. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Exodus can produce a API file that you can download into cryptotrader.tax. That's what I do and it reports every trade and staking rewards. I have been doing this for 2 consecutive years and it works great! Source: almost 2 years ago
Did you try cryptotrader.tax. They recently changed their name to Coin Ledger. I was able to pull the cvs that I needed from Nexo and just load them in. In fact you can load all the exchanges and this software will figure it out the cost basis for you. I would not attempt to do it manually. Source: about 2 years ago
Got the 8949 from cryptotrader.tax. It gave me the list of trades I did with gains and losses. Source: about 2 years ago
Oh also found out about cryptotrader.tax it's been a lifesaver. What I was using before made it seems like I made some insane amount in crypto when there was no way I did. This got everything looking right and did all the math for me. Bit pricy ($100 to get the final info) but well worth the math help using it. So one more tool to get correct info I need to file :). Sorry, it was cryptotrader.tax , It took all my trades from all of my 6 applications I use and basically summarized my gains/losses. Source: about 2 years ago
Thanks, but the AI is useless and when I get customer support they just ignore me or send a link to some page. This has been my experience with cointracker.io I already started to move everything to Koinly. Thanks though... Source: about 1 year ago
Have you tried cointracker.io or koinly.io? I don't know if they support Gemini. Crypto exchanges are weird with tax forms, doesn't make sense to me either but I think most of them only provide 1099misc. I'm probably not going to file anything crypto related with the IRS until crypto is actually regulated and exchanges create proper documentation. Source: about 1 year ago
That email was only used for cointracker.io no where in the history of the internet has that email been used anywhere else. If they got that email, they got others. Source: about 1 year ago
Cointracker.io for one but this feature is part of their paid subscription. Source: over 1 year ago
If everything was legit you can use cointracker.io or koinly to gather all your transactions and provide them. Source: over 1 year ago
