You should check out sites like https://cryptocurrencyjobs.co and https://cryptojobslist.com and search for stuff like typescript to find out what folks are expecting. Perhaps with some personal study time and building a couple projects on your own time (that leverage libraries like node.js, ethers.js, web3.js etc) you could apply to a role like this one, or this one....
