Look up joincolab.io they focus on building an actual MVP/product which is all you need to get into a PM role apparently. I'm yet to try it as I'm about to begin a PM master's program but I will once I'm done. Joincolab's founder has been a PM a number of time himself so they seem to know what they're doing.
