I use Cozy Drive. It's open source. You can pick a folder in your pc, and it syncs it to the cloud. You can still open in offline. They have 5gb free version, which I use, because I need it only for documents and photos. Android app is good too, and you can automatically sync your photos. Source: over 2 years ago
However, it really depends on one needs and usage. For example, tags might be a more flexible way to organize the passwords than folders, I agree with that. Searching in Bitwarden is reasonably good, which makes folders or tags a lot less relevant. If you want more of a web-based file sharing solution, you can try out more professionally made open source file sharing services like Syncthing, YouTransfer, or Cozy. It's indeed suspicious. You're sending your voice samples, your various services accounts, your location and more private data to some proprietary black box in some public cloud. But I would recommend writing some proper glue logic in Python and use the socket function for communication. But if you really want to get rid of Alexa, it's probably worth it to set up mycroft.ai or another open source assistant. Source: 11 months ago
