I've done similar moves in about 4 hours door-to-door. I also had everything packed up aside from things I'd already discussed having the movers handle/disassemble. Most movers will (dis)assemble your stuff for you if you're willing to spend the coin. Pricing varies but they'll tell you that when they give you an estimate. Https://unattach.app/ can remove attachments while keeping the text in the messages. You'd have to download and hold on to the attachments somewhere offline but could be a solution. I think it only works on Gmail, not sure. Source: over 2 years ago
