    This app has the data of customers such as information, total conversations, total leads, and activities,... so I can analyze the data to support my customers more insightful and professional. Moreover, I can adjust my live chat's appearance to suit my brand and make it catchy for my customer.

    I've never used this app before my current job. Now that I've had some practice with it, I'll be using it for all of my customer support needs in the future. Our customer service receives a lot of praise because it's so quick and efficient, and it makes customers feel like they're talking to a real person on the other end of the line. This platform comes highly recommended by me to any company that values excellent customer service.
