Really depends on your workflow, but Im currently using Motion for 2D animation/"animated graphics design", managed to set up all my common lower thirds and transitions to Fusion templates in Resolve. Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download. It's grown a bunch since the first time I've used it, and even their mid-tier subscription plan will pay for itself... Source: about 2 years ago
