  So when I said "window manager based Linux" I was mostly referring to the stereotypes of the Linux window manager; which 1 person not even having a mouse; staring apps; moving windows doing everything with their keyboard.   Usually I recommend linux mint for beginners but hyprland may be a little bit hard to install there. So maybe in your case the best option is an arch based system with a graphical installer. Get Mint or Pop, spend some time with them to learn more about Linux, how Linux works, the various software and tools, how to configure and customize it.
