I also recommend an adblocker like Adblock plus or a privacy browser like Brave to limit the amount they can learn about you when not in Private Mode. Add more gray man to your everyday web use. - Workona for tab management. I used this a few years ago with reasonable success; only stopped because I didn't need it badly enough at the time.
