  My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.   I've got a problem with the new Twitch's Alerts feature. I can't modify the CSS code to add my own font. When I click to validate there's an error message.   On the last few streams, my viewers have noticed that they are not getting points for my giveaway in Loyalty. Viewers only got a few points during a 4 hour stream and then it froze (they only got 40-60pts instead of 500 to 1000pts).
