You can run I think three tasks simultaneously in the free version but you can get around that by creating a scheduling flow that starts other flows in a timed manner if you want. Long answer: this topic has been covered here many times, that Notion is just not a very advanced relational database. You can’t relate items from different databases unless you manually select a “relation” to another database (which requires the user to have permissions for that related database).
