   A Game Changer

   Most of our client communication happened via email, slack and g'chat until I found Aligned. Conversations were easily lost, both parties lost track of important tasks and, most importantly, it was just too much email to keep track of. Now we handle onboarding and ongoing client management in Aligned. Each customer has their own space, which we create from a template. The analytics is great and really helps us see in between calls.

• Client is very slow to do their part to the point where we can't do what they are paying us to do. Any advice?

  As for a system, that's actually exactly what I'm working on in my current job. We built a project plan that is intended to be a living mutual document between you and your clients (and it sends the auto-reminders when tasks are over due - sounds like you could use those gentle nudges in your world).
