Most of our client communication happened via email, slack and g'chat until I found Aligned. Conversations were easily lost, both parties lost track of important tasks and, most importantly, it was just too much email to keep track of. Now we handle onboarding and ongoing client management in Aligned. Each customer has their own space, which we create from a template. The analytics is great and really helps us see in between calls.

Most b2c companies don't have CS teams, some do.. Mainly when its a high-value product with complex onboarding. I know Lumen does. Anyways, a great software for b2b that you won't hear about us often is everafter.ai - unlike the others, its for the customer-facing interaction vs. a CRM/analytics like the others.
