It's hard to enforce developers to update documentation. Ideally, you should have somebody responsible to do it. As for the documentation stack, archbee.io for both internal and external. I came across few notion based services where they ask you to paste your page's public URL & then somehow they get the page data. As of now I am using notion API to get the content of the page, so the user needs to connect notion before I can access their page content which is not the case in services like Potion & helpkit.so .
