There are layers that offer access to native APIs like capacitor, cordova and nativescript. Apparently sometimes multiple of them should be used, but I didn't understand what are the differences even after reading the announcement. It’s been some time since I’ve worked with intersection observer, so I’m not entirely sure of the answer in this instance. That said, something I tend to do when I run into something like this is look at an implementation that already exists from something like usehooks.com.
