You know I tried a lot of things, todoist, any.do, meistertasks, notion, one note, google keep, microsoft excel, taskade and everything had some problem/flaw where I felt missing. I am still using google keep, all my raw material and quick thoughts are in it, but it cannot handle huge lists and starts becoming slow. It is just good for few lines. Notion doesn't have any structure out of the box. Think of it as an empty database with no tables or schema. It's up to you to either import templates or design a system that works for your needs.
