You can't really buy tokenized assets(stocks, bonds, etc.) on a public blockchain. Today you have ftx.com & bittrex.com where you can buy stocks but it's a limited selection and they run on their own private blockchain, so it's not usable outside of those services. P.S: I found more than 100% transactions from this address to bittrex.com addresses so it's likely that this is a deposit address of a Bittrex client or that they know something about this address. My forensic tools say this address belongs likely to the exchange bittrex.com . So convince law enforcement that it was a fraud and ask them to approach bittrex a.s.a.p (immediately!) and if it belongs to a client of them they should freeze the account.
