Links Galore: a spreadsheet of free and legal online links to old scholarly editions (and Loebs)

Google Play Books Archive.org
  1. Google Play Books lets you search, preview, and buy millions of books using Google Book Search.
The compiler and author of the spreadsheet is Diego Seguí alias "Hláford" https://blogger.com/profile/01570318115206193131 http://hurgapalabras.blogspot.com (it certainly isn't me!) It's a neatly organised list of lists but one with a sprawling scope. It lists scans of books that are out of copyright, but also books which are in copyright but can be read on the Internet Archive through the Archive's controlled digital lending. It mostly lists editions of Latin and Greek texts but has texts in other languages too, even some exotic languages from outlying islands ;) . The author seems to work on series of books: mostly series of full-on scholarly editions it seems, but there's also a list of Loebs. There are lists for series covering classics, Christianity and medieval European history. The scans listed for books are mostly those on HathiTrust, Google Books and the Internet Archive, but there are also some scans from other websites including Documentaria Catholica Omnia.
