Some of my favorites are GoogleBooks (in addition to straight genealogies, also look up county histories there, they have lots of genealogy in them too), the Digital Public Library, the WayBack Machine / archive.org, the Boston Evening columns in the AmericanAncestors database (not books per se), WorldCat, things sent to my local library from anywhere in the nation, the Library of Congress online, the genealogical library in your state, the historical society nearest you, and Genealogical.com. Search for the word "genealogy" on BetterWorldBooks or Thriftbooks. AbeBooks is great too and there's a place in India that sells reprints of old genealogical books through that site. I've found them very helpful in getting out-of-print titles redone just for me.
