    Fabric or Quilt - Fabric is a mod loader that's become pretty popular. Quilt is a fork of it stemming from disagreements in how Fabric is handled. In my experience, basically everything I use runs perfectly fine on Quilt (plus one or two that only run on Quilt), so I just use that. Make sure you also install either the Fabric API or the Quilt Standard Libraries depending on the loader you're using.
