I applied to honeypot.io, talent.io, and hired.io, none of them worked. I also applied to about 25-30 jobs through LinkedIn from various countries in the EU, mostly Germany, some from the Netherlands, and didn't even make it to the interviews on any of them! Source: about 1 year ago
Hello everyone, for last month I was actively looking for back-end developer positions (mostly with python and starting out with golang). I tried platforms like talent.io, hired.com but not too much of success for now. talent.io operates in a couple of cities within Europe. Nothing yet from hired.com. Source: over 1 year ago
Totally agree, I would say from my experience in the market in France that talent.io is at least a good indicator to see the salary you shouldn't be paid at. Most offer for frontend in Paris with 4 YOE is at around 60k which is an increase of 20% of the said 50k at 4-6 YOE in the pdf. Source: over 1 year ago
From my own experience, unlike what they show in testimonials, the pool of companies using talent.io is mostly early stage startups. I imagine they're cheaper than the typical recruiting agencies. Salary figures look about 10% under market in cities that I know, nothing crazy. Source: over 1 year ago

Through talent.io, after I sent my details(CV, overview, what I want to earn) and got verified with their consultant Belgian tech company reached out to me that I would be good match and If I am interested, got through process and they offered me 50k/year, which actually more than doubled my TC(I'm from Poland). I used one between [hired.com, honeypot.io, talent.io], all services where companies request to speak with you and salary bands are visible beforehand. The offer itself is nothing special, but I live in a country where devs are paid peanuts, that's why the final bump is so remarkable. Still, I was able to negotiate a bit by getting two offers and leveraging one against the other. I'm not obsessed with FLAMINGASS... Source: almost 2 years ago
I am a data scientist working in India. Looking for some remote opportunities. Just created a profile on talent.io - any feedbacks/ personal experiences ? Source: about 2 years ago
This is not a report about median salaries, this is a report about median offers sent by companies on talent.io. Source: about 2 years ago
Something like talent.io, honeypot.io, djinni.co. Basically, the idea is that you put your CV on site and companies apply to you. Source: over 2 years ago
> Should I find a headhunter/recruiter, or should I apply for jobs by ... Don't talk to headhunters. From the experience of the past 2 months: they are a waste of time. Do your own research about the jobs, the company, the hiring process etc. I'm not saying they are useless, I definitely had a good talk with one or two of them. But they are really annoying. I do recommend platforms like talent.io or honeypot. I... Source: over 2 years ago
I cannot speak for other countries but I had signed up in sites like honeypot.io , talent.io and few other reverse hiring sites like these where companies from EU reach out to you. Source: over 2 years ago
