A tiling window manager for macOS based on binary space partitioning
For window management, my top are yabai/skhd, Rectangle, Divvy and, emmetapp. There are several others (Amethyst, etc), but those are my favorites. I'm currently using Divvy, but probably used yabai for longer than any other.

Meeter - If you have a lot of meetings on your calendar, this puts them all in one place on your menu bar, shows when the next one is, and allows you to join meetings directly from the menu bar even if they're on different platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Shottr is a free macOS screenshot app with scrolling screenshots, OCR, annotation and measurement instruments.
Shottr - Screenshot utility that I personally find WAY better than the in-built one on Mac OS.

Hand Mirror - Related to previous (or if you just like looking at yourself a lot). A little utility that sits in the menu bar and lets you switch on the webcam and see how you look.

For task/app launching, LaunchBar, QuickSilver, and Butler (and of course Alfred that you already mentioned). I use LaunchBar. Alfred is probably more powerful, but LaunchBar is the snappiest for the way I use it. It's not as much about saving seconds/milliseconds as it is being able to stay in a flow.
