  There is no mention of the V3 Pro on wyze.com (when visiting from Canada). It may be found manually via search, where it will show as out of stock. Obviously not standard practice for stores with OOS products they intend to keep selling.   Try opening a support ticket. You can do that right from your Wyze app on your phone. Or go to wyze.com and log into your account and open a support ticket from there. They answer within 24 hours. Source: over 1 year ago

• Fix-It Friday Callout for new issues 12/2/22

  I've run setup twice with the firewall (PfSense) completely turned off. I get the 'setup completed' page but it still gives me the Operation Failed message on any almost any setting page I go to. And I can't use the internet normally without the firewall and associated Ad blocking software. (see wife clicking on everything syndrome).   Sw has 3008 Reviews average 4.4/5, s has 3056 Reviews average 4.4/5... But it looks like the reviews are being pulled from wyze.com - seeing almost 99% the same reviews on both, it's almost like maybe walmart pulls the reviews and caches them but they've last pulled at different times. • FIX THE WYZE PLUG before you continue to release all that other garbage!!!

  I'm equally pissed, if not more. I use these to power cycle my ethereum gpu mining rigs if they freeze and it's my lifeline when I'm far away and can't access them. Lost hundreds a week because the latest firmware decides to go offline a lot and no fix in the 2 months since they've released this. I have to factory reset them a lot. I ended up going for Geeni Smart Plugs from Walmart, much more reliable. Warranty... Source: about 2 years ago

  I wouldn't trust it. ICANN lookup found the WyzeProtected.com to be registered by Wix, whereas the main wyze.com is under GoDaddy. Highly sus. Not to mention the main Wyze website doesn't mention special offer for Business folks. Source: about 2 years ago

  Wyze cameras are probably the cheapest (~$50 per camera, $3 a month) for unmonitored (police don't come) camera-only systems. Source: about 2 years ago

  It's a wyze cam: https://wyze.com/ - there is the option to get person detection etc on it as a service. It can send alerts indeed. Super easy to setup, very cheap and no monthly costs. (no, I'm not a rep, but I have like 6 cams). Source: about 2 years ago

• Apparently I have the Plus Lite Legacy for free and I can’t toggle it on…. What am I supposed to do?

  I had to log into the wyze.com website, click my account on upper right, on left click on my services, re sign it to my account and then click subscribe and select cam plus lite, put in $0 and when they beg for at least a dollar click no and then you will be subscribed and it should be available on you phone, if not clear the cache on the phone and try again.   I was wrong, you're correct. I looked again at the posted pic and it clearly shows a non wyze.com domain. It could easily be a phishing attempt or more then likely a 3rd party hired by wyze to do surveys. I would not click on it myself. I must have been alseep when I replied. Source: over 2 years ago
