The following are not exactly what you have asked for. https://gephi.org/ This implements lots of graph visualization algorithms. https://strlen.com/treesheets/ Excel for tree data. - Source: Hacker News / 2 months ago
Not sure it’s the right place to post this question but does anybody know an app/software similar to TreeSheets (https://strlen.com/treesheets/) that can run in a Webbrowser or be self hosted? Source: 7 months ago
Hijacking top comment to link TreeSheets. It seems to have been designed for this. https://strlen.com/treesheets/. - Source: Hacker News / 10 months ago
As a "Text Editor", in MS Word (desktop), I know you can double-click anywhere and start writing (and writing on the same line won't affect the position of other inline "text cells"). As an "infinite grid", there is https://strlen.com/treesheets/, but it is not exactly geared toward your aim (more like a spreadsheet/outliner combo, or "hierarchical spreadsheet"). - Source: Hacker News / 12 months ago
It doesn't have anything like this built in, but I find TreeSheets to be a really nice way to organize that doesn't lock you into any particular paradigm. Source: over 1 year ago
Tree sheets is free and might work: TreeSheets. Source: over 1 year ago
I don't use it for various reasons, but this is the closest I know to what you are asking for: TreeSheets. Source: over 1 year ago
- TreeSheets (https://strlen.com/treesheets/) My gut feeling is that going deep into interoperations within apps will be very challenging and require intrinsic knowledge of each platform (always evolving) interfaces. - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
Treesheets - really flexible organizer. Its basically like a spreadsheet, except ideal for writing/words instead of numbers. Its soooo flexible and intuitive. You can infinitely nest things, tie things together, color code, create templates etc. Source: about 2 years ago
Otherwise try LibreOffice or TreeSheets, both free. Source: about 2 years ago
Most innovative in that space I know of, would be TreeSheets. https://strlen.com/treesheets/ And this software is at least 9 years old :). - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
There's also a free spreadsheet-like program I've used a few times called Treesheets. I say spreadsheet-like because it looks like a spreadsheet, but you can use it in different ways. I like it because it's easy to add columns or rows, link things like a mind map and other stuff. Source: over 2 years ago
Keep a memo-pad or other medium for notes. Jot down ideas for your setting as you have them even if they're incomplete, and trust yourself to come back and expand later. Merge your notes into a single document every few months and use that time as a chance to reexamine old ideas that you may have forgotten. Who knows, they might be relevant to the writing problems you're facing now. Other than that be cognizant of... Source: over 2 years ago

Not sure what you mean by "sheets", but have a look at TreeSheets. Source: over 2 years ago

There is a software I didn't see anyone mention it for PKM, it's TreeSheets, it's Open Source. Source: almost 3 years ago
TreeSheets. It's uh... a hierarchical data organizer/mind-mapper that visualizes its tree structure as heavily nested spreadsheets. Source: about 3 years ago
In my wildest dreams, there would be a reincarnation of Treesheets in Rust (Excel-like grid whose cells can contain text, an image and a grid of subcells ad infinitum + a zooming UI). Source: about 3 years ago
