I don’t remember any TIs I’ve owned coming with a cd. If it did, it is likely just TI Connect so you can manage the data from your computer and a few other things. Source: almost 3 years ago
ti connect ce doesn't send files and ti connect crashes when i select a device
If you have an older monochrome screen calculator you can try the older version of TI-Connect here, I've had to do this before to get transfers working: https://education.ti.com/en/products/computer-software/ti-connect-sw. Source: over 3 years ago
