My company uses Chanty and Text Blaze. Chanty is cool because it has basic chat options but it also has more advanced features (task management, kanban boards, voice calling, etc). I'm in a similar situation. Similar work, and I also use OneNote and Todoist. I do enjoy using Docs over OneNote sometimes though. Todoist is amazing and really useful for me. I have heard of Microsoft's power automation stuff, but I haven't used it before. It might be worth checking out. I use Text Blaze because it uses keyboard shortcuts to automate a lot of things, I use it for email for example. I agre with this sentiment! I can vouch for TickTick as a good task management system, as it helps me manage my work projects. I would suggest Text Blaze for writing if you are needing help improving your typing or automation.
