  I have heard of Microsoft's power automation stuff, but I haven't used it before. It might be worth checking out. I use Text Blaze because it uses keyboard shortcuts to automate a lot of things, I use it for email for example.   I agre with this sentiment! I can vouch for TickTick as a good task management system, as it helps me manage my work projects. I would suggest Text Blaze for writing if you are needing help improving your typing or automation.
