Clock is the same except with a different font for the bottom text, clear taskbar is like taskbarx or translucent taskbar, I couldn't find anything similar to the audio player so it's probably self made or edited from another preexisting skin.   TaskbarX Install the portable zip from the website. You can use this to customize the taskbar to your liking. Personally I set it to Blur. Then in the windows taskbar settings I set the position of my taskbar to the left and enabled auto-hide taskbar and small icons.
