This is the missing tool for online sellers ! Anna from customer support responded to all my questions very fast ! It is only missing one key feature for european sellers : the possibility to have custom tax rate per transaction. The feature is coming soon...

I've only been using Synder for a short time. Needed to connect Stripe to Quick Books online. Works seamlessly. And Synder customer service is awesome. I had an issue that I created myself (didn't set up multicurrency and received funds from a client in a different currency than I had on QBO). Anna was super patient and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate her help.
This app lets you connect the transaction right on their site to both sides of the flow - from the Stripe or Square account (transaction origin) or the other side QuickBooks online account transaction. then you can troubleshoot any problems better that way and see the flow of the sync process. Try this to help you sync transactions - you will be happy you tried it. I was.
Our company started selling merchandise and had to find a quick solution to sync our Quickbooks Online to our Stripe account, and Synder was that answer. Tutorial was quick and easy to follow, and when I experienced an obstacle, Anna was quick to respond in the live chat and helped guide me. Highly recommend.

Had tech support chat help for a transaction that was synced and could see the synced transaction right from Synder sync app just by clicking on a button to link to transaction in QBO. Very useful feature. The support will help you resolve any questions on transactions that are being synced or have been synced. Jessie helped me resolve my sync issues. Since no matter which sync software you use you will eventually have some issues somewhere...

I had a complex issue with setting up as I have multiple clients and different logins and Jessie was great at explaining to me the steps, options, and outcomes. He understood quickly the matter and was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear with instructions. Synder is a really good app and I am glad to get solid support.

I love that I can get individual sales details and have them synced over to my accounting platform.
What I don't like is that if there is a software connection error, and I have to re-sync everything, it uses up all of my remaining transactions. This leaves the rest of month's transaction unable to be sent over to my accounting software.
