    I was having issues with my qb balance being off, but Kiryl did a great job in helping me figure out that I could reimport past transactions and it found the missing records

    Kinda scary that I was missing quite a bit of money from my P/L, but Kiryl was very helpful and solved that problem

    5 star support, loses one star for missing 50 transactions in the last year, but being a fixable problem

    Synder has saved time and increased efficiency! Synder effectively syncs invoices and Stripe payouts to QB so I don't have to record each individual payment and related Stripe fee manually in QB. Synder also helps automate the cash account reconciliation in QB.

    When I ran out of syncs, Kiryl offered me several low to no cost options which was greatly appreciated. It's so nice to deal with knowledgeable, friendly customer service folks like Kiryl who truly aim to solve customer issues.

    Synder... not only great software, fantastic support

    I've been using Synder for about 8 months now. It's terrific SaaS that synchs my Stripe sales with my Quickbooks Online. It does it quickly and accurately. Best of all, the tech support is very very good. Today Vital helped me with a complex rule issue. We hit a snag and very quickly it was escalated for further support.

    It's rare to get this kind of help, usually it takes hours and much wasted time before a problem gets bump up the chain. But I'm already in the queue for further assistance.

    And to be fair to Synder, the request I have is a bit complex. So not surprised we'd need some extra help.

    This is the third time I've contacted Synder support (different issues). And every time I come away being delighted that I use their service.

    Creating new smart rules (issue resolved)

    I had an issue in actioning a new smart rule I wanted to create. Kiryl diligently went through several options with me in Live Chat. Although we couldn't get to the bottom of the issue, he promised to discuss it with the developers and come back to me within 24 hours. Sure to his word, I received an email the next day with a successful fix. Great customer service from Synder, especially Kiryl himself!

    Vita is very responsive and helpful!

    Vita has been great helping me with the different issues I have had with adding different clients and their subscriptions. She is fast to respond and easy to communicate. Synder has worked great for me to avoid a lot of manual input, saves me a lot of time!

    Needed an app to help sync my Shopify transactions and customer data with QuickBooks - this was perfect! Liza from their support team was extremely helpful in getting me set up. Overall, it was a great intro experience.

    This is the missing tool for online sellers ! Anna from customer support responded to all my questions very fast ! It is only missing one key feature for european sellers : the possibility to have custom tax rate per transaction. The feature is coming soon...

    Query re personalised email address

    Anna at Synder could not provide the answer I was hoping for (personalised email address from Synder) but will speak to the development team and then feed back to me. That's why I have only given four stars so far but would be happy to increase the rating. As always, great customer service from Synder.

    Love the app to connect with Stripe and QBO

    I've only been using Synder for a short time. Needed to connect Stripe to Quick Books online. Works seamlessly. And Synder customer service is awesome. I had an issue that I created myself (didn't set up multicurrency and received funds from a client in a different currency than I had on QBO). Anna was super patient and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate her help.

    Great app and great tech support

    This app lets you connect the transaction right on their site to both sides of the flow - from the Stripe or Square account (transaction origin) or the other side QuickBooks online account transaction. then you can troubleshoot any problems better that way and see the flow of the sync process. Try this to help you sync transactions - you will be happy you tried it. I was.

    Intuitive App with Great Tech Support

    Our company started selling merchandise and had to find a quick solution to sync our Quickbooks Online to our Stripe account, and Synder was that answer. Tutorial was quick and easy to follow, and when I experienced an obstacle, Anna was quick to respond in the live chat and helped guide me. Highly recommend.

    very good app to sync with QuickBooks Online, and Great customer service

    Had tech support chat help for a transaction that was synced and could see the synced transaction right from Synder sync app just by clicking on a button to link to transaction in QBO. Very useful feature. The support will help you resolve any questions on transactions that are being synced or have been synced. Jessie helped me resolve my sync issues. Since no matter which sync software you use you will eventually have some issues somewhere...

    I had a complex issue with setting up as I have multiple clients and different logins and Jessie was great at explaining to me the steps, options, and outcomes. He understood quickly the matter and was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear with instructions. Synder is a really good app and I am glad to get solid support.

    I was having trouble with the sync and turned to the help line for assistance. Jessie replied quickly and talked me through the issue. They stayed with me until I was up and working again.

    Sales Details

    I love that I can get individual sales details and have them synced over to my accounting platform.

    What I don't like is that if there is a software connection error, and I have to re-sync everything, it uses up all of my remaining transactions. This leaves the rest of month's transaction unable to be sent over to my accounting software.

    Synder transaction ID in invoice file name

    I contacted Sasha about the option of having the QBO invoice number displayed in the file name. While there was no solution to my request (otherwise I would have given five stars) I was happy with their responsiveness and the fact that this suggestion will be passed on to the development team.

    I had to contact Customer Support for a couple of questions about the sync functionality of SynderApp. Long story short: great customer service, Sasha gave me all the information I needed, and even more, with some good advises to make my job even easier. The app has all that I need to sync my transactions between Stripe and Quickbooks Online, saving me a lot of time.

    Synder has been a very good app so far and helped our small business to manage multiple payment accounts and free up time for other tasks. On this occasion, we had some questions about changing our subscription plan and their customer service team was very helpful, as always.
