• If you have Sleep Apnea and use a CPAP or BIPAP machine you can graph out your N24 pattern like I did here. Your CPAP machine has an SD card that stores your Sleep data. You read the SD card with this free software called OSCAR it can also help you with your APNEA https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/

The program is 100% free to download and use. You should be able to put the SD card from your Apnea machine into your Windows PC or laptop or even a MAC.   Simmilar happened to SleepyHead application for displaying the data from CPAP philips devices. This app is really helpful not just because it's FOSS but because people who don't have the access to the official philips app, can track their therapy.
